Delhi Police Physical Test

  • 1600 Meters Race For Male Candidate.
  • 800 Meters Race For Female Candidate.
  • Long Jump.
  • High Jump.
  • Height.
  • Chest. (Only For Male Candidates)

Each And Every Candidate have To Qualify In These Three Type Of Exam. Delhi Police Has Set Some Criteria For Race (Running) Test, Long Jump, High Jump, Height, And Chest.

Race (Running) Test For Male Candidate

Physical Standard Test for the post of Delhi Police Head Constable. Male candidates And including Ex-servicemen and Departmental candidates will be as under.

Age Limit 1600 Meters Running Time
Upto 30 years 07 Minutes
Above 30 to 40 years 08 Minutes
Above 40 years 09 Minutes

Race (Running) Test For Female Candidate

Physical Standard Test for the post of Delhi Police Head Constable. Male candidates And including Ex-servicemen and Departmental candidates will be as under.

Upto 30 years 05 Minutes
Above 30 to 40 years 06 Minutes
Above 40 years 07 Minutes

Height And Chest For Delhi Police Constable Physical Test

Available 5cms Relaxable In Height And Chest For Those candidates Who Belong Form Hill Area Like Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, And Candidate Belonging To State of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu And Kashmir,  Ladakh.

Height (Male) 165 cms.

Height Is Relaxable 5 cms For:

  • Residents of Hill Area.
  • ST Candidate.
Height (Female) 157 cms.

Height Is Relaxable 5 cms For:

  • Residents of Hill Area.
  • ST Candidate.
Chest 78 cms, And 82 cms With Expansion.

Chest Is Is Relaxable 5 cms For:

  • Residents of Hill Area.
  • ST Candidate.

Long And High Jump Details

For Male Candidates:

Candidate Have Three Chance To Complete Long And High Jump Test. Marks Will be Calculate As per Longest Jump.

Important Notes

  • Only Those Candidate Are Eligible For Physical Test Who Have Qualified In Computer-based exam.
  • Only Those Candidate Are Eligible For Long And High jump Who Have Qualified In Running (Race) Exam.
  • Pregnant Female Candidates Will be Not Allowed in Physical Test. Their Physical Test Will be Conducted After The Pregnant Period.
  • PwD Candidates Will be Exempted Form The Physical Test Round.
