The actress has been sharing her COVID-19 recovery experience with fans through social media posts
Rubina Dilaik is missing her husband, actor Abhinav Shukla, and she expressed this with a sweet post on Instagram. The TV actress is currently quarantining in her hometown, Shimla, after testing positive for COVID-19. In her latest post, the Bigg Boss 14 winner shared a bunch of romantic snaps with Abhinav. Both, Rubina and Abhinav are sporting stylish casuals and are posing with the sea in the background. The actress wrote in the caption, “One month of not being in your arms. I miss you Abhinav Shukla.” She further added hashtags such as #majormissing and #love.
The post comes at a time when Abhinav is in Cape Town, shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi. In Rubina’s previous post, we can spot her with her sister, Jyoti Dilaik. The two were caught on camera having a chat with stunning hills in the backdrop. “Sisters who quarantine together, heal together,” Rubina wrote.
While Rubina is spending time with her family in Himachal Pradesh, Abhinav is preparing for a slew of challenges on the new show. The former Mr. Punjab was seen in a sporty black outfit in one of his latest social media posts. He posed in an empty room with a clear blue sky visible through the glass windows. The photo was clicked by his co-participant, Arjun Bijlani. In the caption, Abhinav wrote, “Nothing exists except atoms and empty space, rest all is opinion.”
In another interesting photo on Abhinav’s Instagram page, we can see him hanging out with penguins. The actor shared the fun selfie and added, “Mask off because penguins are not a vector of COVID.”
In terms of work, Rubina is currently seen in the television series Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. Both Rubina and Abhinav appeared together on Bigg Boss 14, last year. While Rubina went on to win the show, Abhinav was one of the top contenders for the title.
